The Lions Club of Maplewood New Jersey treated the public to a display of culinary excellence during Great Chef's Night recently. Over 15 chefs were on hand dishing out samples of popular dishes but it was Mandeville's Maracas Bay Chicken that won the coveted "Best Entrée Award."
